Job Description

Shape Up Fighter Lab Fitness Academy is seeking full-time Martial Arts Coaches (Male & Female) to join our elite coaching team. We are looking for experienced, disciplined, and well-rounded professionals capable of conducting high-quality classes for kids and adults in Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured martial arts classes for kids and adults within the academy.
  • Teach and demonstrate proper techniques in Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ, and MMA.
  • Deliver safe, engaging, and progressive training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Create class plans, skill-development programs, and training progressions.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive academy culture.
  • Assist during academy events, belt promotions, and community activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional coaching experience in martial arts.
  • Strong proficiency in Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ, and/or MMA (multi-discipline expertise preferred).
  • Experience coaching children in a structured martial arts or sports environment.
  • Relevant coaching certifications (REPs UAE or equivalent martial arts/fitness credentials).
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of instruction, discipline, and client service.

  • Confident class management for both kids and adults.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive student relationships.
  • Passion for continuous growth in martial arts training and teaching.
