Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Coach, based in Dubai. The Fitness Coach will lead group exercise sessions, provide 1-on-1 fitness training, and design personalized fitness and stretching programs. The role involves instructing clients in safe exercise techniques, addressing individual fitness goals, and supporting them in achieving improved mobility, flexibility, and general well-being. Coaches will also collaborate with team members to ensure clients receive a holistic and positive fitness experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Group Exercise and stretching Training
  • Expertise in Fitness and stretching Instruction and a strong understanding of the Fitness Industry
  • Basic knowledge or certification in Nutrition and its relevance to physical well-being
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Relevant certifications in fitness training, personal training, or group fitness instruction
  • Experience working in a professional fitness or rehabilitation environment is a plus
  • Passion for promoting physical health and wellness
  • experience in Yoga, Pilates or PNF stretching is a plus
