Business & Strategic Leadership

• Own and drive the overall business strategy of the company

• Set annual budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls

• Ensure profitability across:
o Off-plan sales
o Secondary market
o Rentals & leasing

• Develop and execute a long-term growth roadmap aligned with market realities
Sales Leadership & Control (Without Micromanaging)

• Lead and govern Sales Directors and Sales Managers

• Approve and control:
o Commission structures
o Sales targets
o Incentive frameworks

• Ensure sales discipline, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance

• Intervene in escalations, disputes, and performance issues

• Prevent toxic culture, fear-based leadership, or favoritism

• CEO oversees sales governance, not daily deal closures
Operations & Process Ownership

• Implement strong SOPs, MIS, and reporting structures

• Ensure CRM discipline, lead allocation transparency, and pipeline tracking

• Control operational costs, marketing spends, and portal investments

• Coordinate with developers, marketing partners, and property portals
HR, People & Culture (Critical)

• Full authority over:
o Hiring
o Performance management
o Discipline
o Termination

• Build a professional, respectful, and performance-driven culture

• Ensure clear roles, accountability, and zero tolerance for misconduct

• Work closely with HR to:
o Identify non-performers
o Implement PIPs
o Retain top performers

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure full compliance with:
o RERA regulations
o Brokerage licensing requirements
o Agent registrations
o Legal contracts and approvals

• Coordinate with legal teams, auditors, and PRO

• Protect and strengthen the company's market reputation

Owner & Board Reporting
• Act as the single point of accountability to ownership
• Provide: o Weekly performance dashboards o Monthly financial and operational reviews
• Reduce owner's daily operational involvement by 70–80%
• Escalate only strategic or critical matters

Desired Candidate Profile


• 12–20 years of experience in Dubai real estate

• Prior experience as CEO / General Manager / Business Head

• Proven P&L ownership in a real estate brokerage

• Strong exposure to:
o Real estate brokerage operations
o Off-plan and secondary market
o Large sales teams

• Strong control over commission structures, incentives, and sales governance

• Hands-on experience with RERA compliance, brokerage licensing, and regulatory frameworks

• Mature, calm leader with strong people and performance management skills

• Experience working in founder-led organizations preferred

Education
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
