. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in UAE real estate compliance and brokerage operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum
1 year experience
as a Compliance Officer in a
UAE real estate brokerage - Strong knowledge of
RERA, DLD, AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance - Experience in handling
brokerage documentation, audits, and internal controls - Ability to coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and implement
AML & KYC procedures - Maintain and update compliance records and reports
- Conduct internal compliance checks and risk assessments
- Support management in regulatory inspections and audits
