Channel Relations Manager – Real Estate Agencies

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Channel Relations Manager to build, nurture, and grow strong partnerships with real estate agencies locally and internationally.
You will act as the bridge between our developer team and the agency network, ensuring brokers are trained, motivated, and consistently delivering qualified clients for our flagship projects.
This role is critical to driving sales performance, market penetration, and brand presence across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Acquisition & Onboarding
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new real estate agencies across key markets.
• Conduct comprehensive project onboarding sessions, webinars, and in-person briefings.
• Ensure agencies are fully registered and compliant within our CRM and sales systems.
Relationship Management
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key agency partners and top-performing brokers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all agency-related communication.
• Maintain regular engagement through updates, trainings, events, and one-on-one check-ins.
Sales Activation & Performance Management
• Drive agency performance to meet and exceed sales targets for each project.
• Track agency activity, lead submission quality, and conversion metrics.
• Strategize monthly and quarterly activation plans to boost broker engagement.
Training & Enablement
• Deliver consistent training on project details, USP, value propositions, and objection handling.
• Coordinate with marketing for updated decks, brochures, videos, legal documents, etc.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and emerging agency networks.
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Recommend improvements to the agency model, commission structures, and incentive programs.
Events & Roadshows
• Organize and participate in global and local roadshows, open houses, and partner events.
• Maximize partner attendance and conversion from activation programs
Requirements
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate agency relations, brokerage management, or developer-side channel operations.
• Strong network of agencies in the UAE; international network is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• CRM experience (Odoo, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.
• High energy, relationship-driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
