Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Job Summary

The Real Estate Consultant is responsible for advising clients on property investments, sales, leasing, and purchases. The role involves understanding client needs, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic guidance to help clients make informed real estate decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on buying, selling, leasing, or investing in residential and/or commercial properties
  • Conduct property evaluations and market analysis
  • Identify and present suitable properties based on client requirements
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
  • Prepare and present property reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
  • Coordinate property visits, inspections, and closings
  • Generate leads and expand client portfolio

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, consulting, or brokerage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of local real estate markets and regulations
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
