PR & Communications Executive

We are looking for a
PR & Communications Executive
who will take ownership of the agency's public image, brand reputation, and media outreach — someone who understands the dynamics of the real estate industry and can create a powerful voice for our projects and partners.

exclusive off-plan projects
across prime locations including
Dubai Islands, Meydan, Jumeirah Garden City, JVC, and DLRC

Our mission is to represent developers with excellence, foster strong media and industry relationships, and ensure that every project we manage achieves the recognition and visibility it deserves in Dubai's highly competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    PR strategies and campaigns
    to strengthen the agency's brand positioning in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Manage
    media relations
    , including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and securing features in key real estate and lifestyle publications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    journalists, influencers, and media houses
    .
  • Prepare
    press kits, corporate presentations, and project-related communication materials
    .
  • Oversee
    event planning and execution
    , including project launches, press conferences, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure
    consistent messaging
    across digital and offline platforms.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare
    regular PR reports
    to track visibility and brand sentiment.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels — including corporate announcements, newsletters, and partnerships.
  • Ensure all content and messaging align with
    RERA and DLD guidelines
    and maintain the company's professional reputation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of PR and Communications experience
    (Dubai real estate industry preferred but not required).
  • Strong
    media network
    within UAE business, real estate, and lifestyle publications.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of
    off-plan projects
    , developer relations, and Dubai property market trends.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in generating ideas and opportunities for brand exposure.
  • Based in
    Dubai
    , with a valid
    UAE driving license and car
    (preferred).
