Description:

The
PR and Communications Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance CFI's brand visibility and reputation. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively connect with media outlets, build a robust PR messaging house, and implement PR campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Media Relations:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries.
  • PR Strategy:
    Create and implement effective PR strategies to build and enhance the CFI brand, ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
  • Messaging House:
    Develop and maintain a PR messaging house that articulates CFI's key messages, value propositions, and brand story across all communication channels.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, events, and other initiatives to promote CFI's products, services, and achievements.
  • Crisis Management:
    Lead crisis communication efforts, providing timely and accurate responses to mitigate potential reputational damage.
  • Content Creation:
    Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and relevant content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
  • Industry Trends:
    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PR and communication to ensure CFI remains at the forefront of the financial sector.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in PR and communication roles, preferably within the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong network of media contacts and relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Arabic is mandatory
