Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and fast working professional to support multiple business ventures through proposal design, presentation creation, social media content development, and template building. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail oriented, and able to convert ideas into polished materials with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Proposal and Presentation Development

  • Create polished business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Convert concepts and notes into structured, client ready documents
  • Maintain brand consistency across all formats

Social Media and Content Creation

  • Develop social media content for various business sectors
  • Create posts, captions, blogs, and content calendars
  • Prepare visual assets for recurring use

Template and Document Systems

  • Build reusable templates for proposals, agreements, invoices, reports
  • Standardize formatting to improve workflow
  • Maintain organized libraries of templates and tools

Brand and Media Support

  • Assist with basic video editing for reels or short promos
  • Create branded graphics and layouts
  • Support photography or videography needs when required

Task Management and Efficiency

  • Deliver fast, accurate work within deadlines
  • Manage multiple small tasks simultaneously
  • Communicate clearly and proactively

Administrative Coordination

  • Organize project files, folders, and naming systems
  • Track progress on deliverables
  • Coordinate approvals with management

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office
  • Good written English
  • Social media knowledge and creativity
  • Fast execution and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand business concepts quickly
  • Prior experience in creative, marketing, or content roles preferred

Preferred Skills (Optional but valuable):

  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Experience writing business proposals
  • Photography or videography abilities
  • Familiarity with Wix, WordPress, or other website builders
  • Experience with Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
