About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead the development of brand narratives, content frameworks, and positioning strategies that strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategist, capable of building content ecosystems that resonate with audiences while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine brand positioning, voice, and identity.
  • Create narratives that differentiate the brand.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Build content roadmaps and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams.
  • Ensure consistent tone and messaging.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics.
  • Optimize messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends and consumer behavior.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Provide strategic direction for campaigns.
  • Act as brand guardian across communications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative content, or digital strategy roles.
  • Strong background in brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign development.
  • Experience with regional/global brands in retail, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent understanding of social media, digital content, and consumer trends in MENA.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
