About the Role

We're seeking an exceptionally organised, empathetic, and resourceful
Executive Personal Assistant
to directly support the founder & CEO across both personal and professional domains. This is a hands-on, highly varied role that requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to bring structure and calm to a fast-paced environment.

You'll serve as the CEO's right hand, ensuring both business and personal life run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate combines executive-level professionalism with the warmth and adaptability of a trusted colleague.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Support

  • Manage day-to-day personal logistics: appointments, travel, social bookings, and personal admin.
  • Coordinate lifestyle needs incl. shopping, home organisation, household staff payments, and scheduling.
  • Research and book activities, restaurants, events, or experiences in various locations (e.g., Dubai, Europe).
  • Support wellbeing and structure: from organising training sessions or coaches to planning time off and personal goals.
  • Assist with personal communications and relationship management discreetly and professionally.

Executive / Corporate Support

  • Manage sensitive corporate and administrative matters (visas, insurance, compliance, banking coordination, etc.).
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and ensure accountability.
  • Support with executive communication, research, and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain structured workflows for ongoing projects and travel plans.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Preferred Experience

  • 3–5 years in a similar PA / EA role supporting senior executives or founders.
  • Experience managing travel, logistics, and personal arrangements across multiple countries.
  • Exposure to fast-paced startup or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and support in person when required.
