Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Country CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, effective communication across departments, and timely execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Country CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests based on importance.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and maintain records of proceedings.
- Screen incoming emails and calls, determine required actions, and follow up accordingly.
- Draft, proofread, and manage official correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for VIPs and executives.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and visits.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly reports and Oracle system extracts for the Country CEO.
- Act as a liaison between departments and the Country CEO.
- Facilitate communication and resolve queries across teams.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Handle invoicing processes and financial documentation.
- Perform various executive support tasks and any other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience
in a similar executive or administrative role. - Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
; knowledge of
Oracle or CRM systems
is a plus. - Excellent
English communication skills
(Arabic is an advantage). - Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
with attention to detail. - Proven ability to work in a
fast-paced, executive-level environment
