We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-driven PR & Communications Executive to support and enhance the brand visibility of our growing real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience with a reputed PR agency in Dubai, strong content skills, and the ability to flawlessly execute integrated communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Implement and manage the company's PR and communication strategies across local and regional markets


• Develop high-quality content, including press releases, media statements, Q&As, speeches, op-eds, website copy, and leadership profiles


• Liaise with top-tier media outlets and journalists to secure interviews, features, and consistent brand coverage


• Prepare premium presentation decks, corporate profiles, talking points, and communication toolkits


• Coordinate media events, press conferences, and project launches


• Manage award nominations for the company (real estate awards) and senior leadership (industry and leadership awards)


• Track media performance, prepare monthly PR reports, and maintain an updated media database


• Support social media content planning in coordination with internal teams and agencies

Qualifications & Skills:


• 2–3 years' experience with a well-established PR or communications agency in Dubai (real estate exposure is a plus)


• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability


• Experience working with leading UAE publications and media houses


• Proficient in preparing corporate presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote)


• Well-organized, confident communicator, and able to manage multiple deadlines
