We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen financial operations across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional organization. This role requires a hands-on finance leader with strong systems, compliance, and strategic capabilities, who can work closely with senior leadership and external partners.

Key Focus Areas for the Finance Manager

In addition to core responsibilities in financial oversight, planning, and compliance, the Finance Manager will be expected to prioritize and lead the following strategic initiatives:

I. Core Responsibilities

1. Banking Systems & Payment Portals Streamline and manage online banking processes across all group entities to reduce delays, errors, and operational risks.

Evaluate current practices across all banking partners and jurisdictions.

Design and implement secure workflows for initiating, approving, and reconciling online payments, ensuring strong internal controls (TFA, access roles, audit trails).

Liaise with banking partners to ensure compliance with security and user access policies.

Support internal training and maintain process documentation.

2. Publisher and Network Payment Infrastructure Evaluate and upgrade systems supporting disbursement to global publishers and advertising partners.

Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to enhance reliability, speed, and compliance of payments.

Implement automation and fraud prevention systems to reduce manual processing.

Ensure timely, secure, and regionally compliant transactions at scale.

3. Transfer Pricing Strategy & Documentation Review and refine intercompany pricing for shared services and IP usage across jurisdictions.

Coordinate with Consultant and relevant advisors to finalize robust documentation in line with OECD guidelines and local laws.

Maintain compliance and audit readiness through annual updates and regulatory alignment.

4. Accounting Team Expansion & Structure Assess current finance staffing levels and lead efforts to scale the team.

Define job descriptions, performance expectations, and reporting structures.

Lead hiring of new accounting professionals to support growth and day-to-day execution.

5. Monthly Financial Reporting Build a standardized monthly reporting cadence across business units.

Lead coordination with department heads to ensure timely and complete data collection.

Present actionable insights to leadership and support strategic planning with financial analytics.

II. General Finance, Compliance & Legal Oversight

Finance & Accounting Lead or support preparation of financial statements, cost analyses, and internal reports.

Oversee core accounting functions: payables, receivables, payroll, and cash flow management.

Ensure consistent application of IFRS or applicable standards across group entities.

Coordinate statutory and consolidated audits across jurisdictions.

Maintain and manage banking and financial accounts across the organization.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance Oversee VAT, corporate tax, and GST filings in relevant jurisdictions (UAE, India, others).

Manage compliance with CRS, FATCA, and local tax codes.

Supervise board and shareholder documentation, annual filings, and statutory registers.

Coordinate with legal advisors on data protection, labor compliance, and corporate governance.

Legal & Administrative Implement and manage equity compensation frameworks (RSUs, stock options).

Oversee legal documentation processes including employment contracts, intercompany agreements, and intellectual property assignments.

Manage formation and structuring of new entities globally in support of business growth.

III. Family Office & Private Investment Support

In addition to group-level responsibilities, the Finance Manager will provide direct support to the CEO in managing his family office operations, with a focus on:

Real estate acquisitions, structuring, and performance tracking.

Managing documentation for property investments in Dubai and abroad.

Managing personal off-shore financial statements

IV. Strategic Initiatives: Corporate Venture Fund & IPO Readiness

The Finance Manager will also:

Work with the CEO and CFO to formalize a corporate venture capital fund, including setup, compliance, and capital deployment mechanisms.

Contribute to IPO readiness efforts, including:

Internal process formalization

Financial control enhancements

Structuring audits, investor reporting frameworks, and equity disclosures

Serve as a key finance partner in aligning the group with investor-grade standards and long-term strategic positioning.
