Job Overview
The Arabic Language Centre (ALC) is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our B2B corporate services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, disciplined individual looking to build a career in B2B sales. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, receive structured training, and develop the skills required to become a high-performing sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline through outbound activity
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day
- Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to corporate decision-makers
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Book meetings and support the sales process
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Training & Growth
- Comprehensive onboarding and sales training
- Ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Direct mentorship from the Sales Manager
- Clear performance expectations and development roadmap
High performers will have the opportunity to:
- Increase base salary based on performance

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic required
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Previous experience in sales or business development preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven roles
- High level of discipline, reliability, and work ethic
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
