Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company to ensure strategic and sustainable growth. Daily responsibilities include managing financial planning and analysis, overseeing financial reporting and statements, monitoring budgets, and developing strategies to optimize the company's financial performance. They will play a key role in providing strategic recommendations to the executive team and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation to strengthen the company's financial position.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and core financial concepts
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Extensive experience in Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and risk management
  • Leadership skills to direct and manage financial teams effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools
  • Proven track record of implementing financial strategies within large organizations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience working in the transportation or hospitality industry is a plus
