Job Position: Female E-commerce Executives

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 onwards (based on experience & performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Female E-commerce Executives with minimum 1 year of hands-on industry experience to manage and support our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should be currently available in Dubai, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (products, pricing, inventory)
  • Upload, edit, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and offers
  • Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor sales performance, reports, and basic analytics
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website
  • Maintain accuracy in product data and stock updates
  • Support marketplace operations (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar)

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce or online sales
  • Must be available in Dubai
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Amazon / Noon / WooCommerce)
  • Good understanding of online product management
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Camera Friendly

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with social media selling or online promotions
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or ads
  • Canva or basic design knowledge
  • Experience with UAE e-commerce market
