Job Description:

Sanford Middle East DWC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior E-Commerce Executive to lead and manage our digital sales channels. Based at our Dubai South office, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, platform management, and online sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of major online platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.) and Sanford's official e-commerce website.
  • Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory levels, and order processing.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
  • Monitor platform performance using analytics tools and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Optimize product listings and ensure high-quality content and imagery.
  • Resolve platform issues and customer concerns in coordination with support teams.
  • Stay updated with competitor strategies and market trends to enhance performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in the consumer electronics or appliances sector.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and other regional marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and marketplace policies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital marketing tools.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
