We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while ensuring seamless integration with business applications and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, architectural understanding, and problem-solving skills to drive successful implementations and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review proposed ERP Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, processes, and customizations.
  • Participate in business requirement validation, solution design, Conference Room Pilot (CRP), and implementation activities.
  • Execute and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing phases to ensure system accuracy and stability.
  • Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities during implementation.
  • Validate technical designs, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications or products.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using
    Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot
    , and
    Azure AI Studios
    .
  • Contribute to solution architecture for new requirements and ensure alignment with Microsoft's architectural standards.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 F&O development.
  • Design and implement integrations with data sources and systems, including
    SharePoint
    ,
    SQL Server
    , and other third-party applications via APIs.
  • Lead production rollouts, provide post-deployment support, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and ensure effective adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams to validate configurations and provide optimized workarounds.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to business users and ensure high user satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with

    Information Service Management
    policies, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all information.
  • Report any information security incidents through Avrioc's established channels and attend mandatory training sessions.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience:
    5–8 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant.
  • Proven experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • Strong understanding of solution validation, gap analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in developing and deploying Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot) and Azure-based integrations.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as
    Power BI
    ,
    Common Data Service
    , and
    Azure
    .
  • Familiarity with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Professional certifications in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
    are a plus.
