The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Executive – IT Software to join our Abu Dhabi team. If you're a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of software sales and a passion for client success — we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell our HRMS and software solutions

Identify and approach new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi

Conduct client meetings, product demos, and close deals

Draft proposals and negotiate commercial terms

Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project delivery

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Your Profile

� Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

� Minimum 3 years of proven IT/software sales experience (UAE preferred)

� Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets

� Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
