About the Role

The
ERP Functional Consultant (D365 HRMS)
will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, integrating, and providing functional support for
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources
. The role requires a strong understanding of
regional HR and payroll compliance
across
Pakistan and the UAE
, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily support, configuration, and maintenance of the
    D365 HRMS
    across multiple entities.
  • Provide functional expertise in
    Payroll
    ,
    Talent Acquisition (TA)
    , and
    Performance Management Systems (PMS)
    .
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and statutory requirements for
    Pakistan and the UAE
    .

  • Configure and optimize D365 HR modules, including:

  • Personnel Management

  • Compensation Management
  • Leave and Absence
  • Performance Management
  • Payroll Integration Framework

  • Talent Acquisition / Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve HR operations and maximize system performance.

  • Conduct
    end-user training
    to drive adoption and efficient use of HRMS modules.
  • Support implementation, testing, and rollout of system
    customizations and integrations
    .
  • Collaborate with technical teams on
    data migration
    ,
    security role setup
    , and
    system configuration
    .
  • Maintain HR and payroll process alignment with regional laws and business requirements.

  • Oversee module functionality across:

  • HRMS Operations

  • Payroll (UAE & Pakistan Localizations)
  • Talent & Performance Management
  • Mobile and Web Applications

Job Specifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    information technology
    ,
    Human Resources
    , or
    Business Administration
    .

Experience:

  • Minimum
    5 years
    of hands-on experience as a
    Functional Consultant
    or
    Support Analyst
    for
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR)
    .
  • Experience working with
    multi-entity organizations
    (preferably with 10+ legal entities).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    system configuration
    ,
    data migration
    , and
    security role setup
    within D365 HR.
