Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR & Admin Officer (Arabic Speaker)
to manage all aspects of Human Resources and Administrative operations. The role involves overseeing employee life cycle management, government liaison activities, company documentation, and general office administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling HR functions and government-related renewals within free zones such as
DMCC, JAFZA, and DED
.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage the full employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, and orientation to off-boarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and performance reviews.
- Support payroll and compensation processes in coordination with the finance department.
- Oversee employee benefits, medical insurance, and visa processing.
- Handle performance appraisals, employee relations, and grievance resolution.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with Labour Law and company policies.
Administrative & Government Liaison
- Serve as the primary contact for all administrative and legal documentation.
- Manage renewals and submissions for licenses, permits, and certificates across all government and semi-government entities such as DMCC, JAFZA, DED, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, MOE, WASL, Ejari, and Dubai Trade/Customs.
- Process tenancy contracts, Ejari registrations, and DEWA connections or final settlements.
- Prepare and submit letters, NOCs, and attestations to government and private entities.
- Coordinate renewals for group and vehicle insurances, GPS trackers, and other corporate subscriptions.
- Maintain supplier registration with government portals and support sales with documentation needs.
- Oversee pest control, telecom, and office maintenance schedules.
Vehicle & Telecom Administration
- Manage company vehicle renewals, registrations, and fuel card top-ups.
- Monitor vehicle fines, Salik accounts, and related transactions.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers for vehicle and group insurance renewals.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain an organized filing system for HR, legal, vehicle, and company-related documents.
- Handle company audits, license amendments, and annual submissions to free zone authorities.
- Prepare payment requests for renewals, registrations, and services in coordination with accounts.
- Liaise with PROs and authorities for document attestations and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
(written and spoken). - Minimum
4–6 years of experience
in HR and administrative roles. - Strong knowledge of labour law and government procedures (DMCC, JAFZA, DED, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
