We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify property listings and evaluate market trends.
- Generate leads through networking, online platforms, referrals, and property portals.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Negotiate property prices, offers, and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property trends, and RERA requirements.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, or similar role in the UAE market (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
