About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our leading brokerage in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Promote and sell residential, luxury, and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and investment consultations.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in accordance with company standards and UAE regulations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and community insights.
  • Build long‑term relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Property Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional, confident, and target‑driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales platforms.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
