The Digital Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital campaigns, social media activities, and online distribution channels. This role combines creative thinking with data-driven insights to maximize brand awareness, online conversion, and guest loyalty across Ramada hotel portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the hotel's digital marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PR, F&B, and Revenue teams to develop content and campaigns that support commercial goals.
  • Maintain and update digital content across websites, OTAs, and other online channels to ensure accuracy and alignment with Ramada brand standards.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and report on insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Oversee hotel social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and brand tone.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and guest feedback on digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and assist in digital trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with digital agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns efficiently and within budget.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in hospitality marketing and digital communications.
  • Candidate Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably within hospitality or retail in UAE.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing tools and social media management.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics .
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
