Position Overview

Gold in Sun Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Financial Manager
to lead the Group's regional financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure effective cash management, enforce strong fiscal control, and drive digital transformation of finance through
Odoo ERP
implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash flow, intercompany transactions, and liquidity management.
  • Manage financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure
    IFRS compliance
    .
  • Handle trade finance operations:
    LCs, LGs, and bank facilities
    .
  • Lead
    Odoo ERP
    implementation, customization, and continuous optimization across all finance-related modules.
  • Maintain precise
    landed cost accounting
    integrated with inventory systems.
  • Ensure
    VAT and Corporate Tax
    compliance in the UAE.
  • Develop and mentor the accounting team; establish and monitor internal financial controls and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting or Finance
    ;
    CPA / ACCA / CMA
    preferred.
  • Minimum
    5–7 years
    of senior finance leadership experience in the UAE.
  • Strong background in
    import/export, re-export, and trading sectors
    (solar industry experience is a plus).
  • Mandatory:
    Advanced proficiency in
    Odoo ERP
    (implementation, customization, reporting, and internal control setup).
  • Proven experience in
    landed cost workflows
    and inventory integration.
  • Excellent command of
    Excel
    and
    Power BI
    for analysis and reporting.
