A glimpse of your typical workday
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across multiple entities within the group
- Handle bulk and high-volume onboarding for frontline and corporate roles across various locations
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation, offer letters, contracts, background checks, medicals, and visa processes
- Ensure timely joining of candidates in line with agreed SLAs and business requirements
- Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and joining status reports for large volumes
- Coordinate with Recruitment, PRO/Visa teams, Payroll, IT, Admin to ensure smooth onboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners and address onboarding-related queries
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in HRMS and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal HR policies, and group standards
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready employee files and records
- Run onboarding orientations and induction sessions
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to standardize onboarding across group companies
- Deliver a positive and consistent onboarding experience aligned with the company's culture and values
What makes you stand out
- 3–6 years of experience in HR onboarding, preferably within a group of companies
- Strong experience in bulk or mass onboarding and high-volume hiring environments
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS platforms
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively
