Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Recruitment Specialist
based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and overseeing onboarding processes. The role also involves close collaboration with leadership teams to understand workforce needs and support employee development through structured training and onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes
  • Manage recruitment campaigns and hiring timelines
  • Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent requirements
  • Support training and development initiatives aligned with business goals

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of hiring and recruitment practices, including sourcing and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent interviewing and communication skills in a professional corporate environment
  • Experience in onboarding and employee training programs is an advantage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus

  • Ability to work
    full-time on-site in Dubai
