The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for client's usage.

About the Job

The Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing, and documenting business processes to improve organizational performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, develop process enhancements, and ensure consistent execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve operational challenges.
  • Evaluate process performance through KPIs and metrics.
  • Recommend process optimizations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Process Design & Mapping

  • Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Re-engineer processes to align with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design future-state processes using BPM methodologies and tools.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with stakeholders across departments (IT, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to gather requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to drive process understanding and alignment.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to support automation, system enhancements, and integration.

4. Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, policies, and workflow changes.
  • Ensure process compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of process governance frameworks.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track process performance through dashboards and reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and sustainability of process changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with BPM tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation and workflows.
  • Experience in Real Estate Solutions like Salesforce, Oracle EBS, any CRM solutions
  • Real Estate experience is mandatory
