Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Dubai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. In this role, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and supporting strategy development to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate data for business solutions
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis techniques and tools
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with Business Process improvement and optimization
  • Ability to gather and document clear and concise Business Requirements
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
