Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a Commercial Analytics Associate who will be responsible for partnering with commercial team in order to analytically create the best in class tools for Business Consultants to evaluate client performance and identify pockets of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver analytics-driven solutions
  • Highlight opportunities both internally and at a client facing level to show how customers and Property Finder can maximize ROI.
  • Build Visual reporting tools that will engage our customers in a way that makes our data easy to digest and understand whilst giving actionable insights for them to improve ROI
  • Responsible for high-priority data requests & reporting for the Commercial team
  • Ability to create data driven sales stories that drive growth opportunities within all customer segments
  • Recommend strategic and tactical pricing changes
Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Experience:

3+ years of experience working as analyst in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company

Exceptional SQL and Tableau knowledge

Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues on trends.

A dynamic, focused and self-motivated person with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Fluency in English

Required Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate from top tier institute
