B2B Sales Executive (Global Markets | SaaS / Fintech)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities across global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling SaaS, fintech, regtech, compliance, or technology-driven solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of consultative selling, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering value-based solutions to business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, and market research
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions aligned with business needs
  • Conduct product demos and deliver compelling, value-driven sales presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends related to KYC, AML, identity verification, risk management, and digital onboarding
  • Represent the company professionally in all client communications and meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, fintech, regtech, KYC/AML, or compliance solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate features into clear business value
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Solid understanding of global markets and international business development strategies
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, identity verification, fraud prevention, or regtech ecosystems
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, compliance, engineering)
  • Multilingual abilities are a strong plus
