Role Description

As a full-time Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, facilitating property sales, and negotiating deals. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and providing strategic advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties. You will collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and stay updated on market trends. This is an on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring close client interactions and market engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultation, or a related field.
  • Understanding of market trends, property valuation, and deal closure processes.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, including property promotion and client engagement tools.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
