Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for professional Real Estate Agents. The selected candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. Real Estate Agents will also stay updated on market trends, maintain property databases, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required to practice as a real estate agent in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate market and expertise in buying, selling, or leasing real property.
  • Proficient Sales and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with Dubai's property market is advantageous.
  • Commission Based Job
