We're seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're results-driven, charismatic, and passionate about real estate investment, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a company that values your skills and supports your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from top developers
  • Help investors and end-users with the full buying process
  • Explain property features, prices, payment plans, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Meet clients in person, conduct site visits, and give online property presentations
  • Find new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Stay updated about the market and new projects
  • Prepare and check sales agreements, offers, and contracts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the market (real estate is a plus)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good English speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus)
  • Strong attitude, charisma, and team-player mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of the property market in Ras Al Khaimah and investment trends
  • Professional look and friendly personality
  • Valid driver's license and own car

Pay: AED1.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
