Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Agent located in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and rentals, conducting market research, and providing property valuations. Primary responsibilities include showing properties, ensuring excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and advising clients about market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and client needs assessment

Additional qualifications, such as multilingual abilities and knowledge of the Ras Al Khaimah real estate market, are advantageous.

This is a Commission based Job .
