Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Dubai. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members to create marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Paid Advertising


•⁠ ⁠Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and adjust targeting for improved results.

2.⁠ ⁠SEO & SEM


•⁠ ⁠Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.


•⁠ ⁠Manage SEM campaigns to increase qualified traffic and conversions.


•⁠ ⁠Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing


•⁠ ⁠Create, schedule, and track performance of targeted campaigns.


•⁠ ⁠Segment audiences for personalized communication.

3.⁠ ⁠Website & Landing Pages


•⁠ ⁠Manage website updates and ensure optimal user experience.


•⁠ ⁠Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation and campaign performance.

4.⁠ ⁠PR & Backlinks


•⁠ ⁠Build relationships for quality backlink acquisition.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate PR activities to improve online presence and domain authority.

5.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Analytics


•⁠ ⁠Track performance data and prepare regular reports.


•⁠ ⁠Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

Qualifications

  • Hands on Performance Marketing experience for maximum 2 years
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Google and other paid ads platforms
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM
  • Has extensive knowledge on both on-page and off-page SEO
  • Experience in Backlinks generation and has an existing database of over 5000+ sites
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
