Job Description

We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to lead
GridStudio's enterprise sales and strategic partnership growth across the MENA region
.

This role focuses on driving business development for
GridStudio's Agentic AI & AI Orchestration Platform
, which is actively used across
15+ industries
, including:

HORECA, Call Centers & Customer Happiness Centers, Automotive, E-commerce, Insurance, Hospitals & Healthcare, Local Governments, Smart Cities, Retail, and more.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise clients, building long-term partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth by positioning GridStudio as a
core AI operating layer
for complex, multi-team organizations.

This is a
hands-on commercial role
, ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in
AI, automation, and agent-based systems

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close deals with
  enterprise and mid-market clients
  across multiple industries (government, finance, real estate, healthcare, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Drive business development for
  sector-specific Agentic AI solutions
  built on GridStudio
• Develop and manage
  strategic partnerships
  with system integrators, digital agencies, and technology providers
• Own the
  end-to-end sales cycle
  — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
• Create tailored
  commercial proposals, pricing structures, and enterprise offers
  aligned with client needs
• Collaborate closely with
  technical and product teams
  to deliver demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects
• Represent GridStudio at
  industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  across the UAE and GCC
• Maintain accurate
  sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records
• Report directly to the
  Founders / CTO
  , contributing to the regional
  go-to-market and growth strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
  in B2B sales or business development, preferably in
  SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise technology
• Strong understanding of — or network within — the
  UAE / MENA enterprise ecosystem
  , especially government, real estate, telecom, or large corporate accounts
• Proven track record in
  closing high-value enterprise deals
  or managing complex partnerships
• Solid communication and presentation skills in
  English and Turkish
  (Arabic is a strong plus)
• Ability to operate in a
  fast-paced, startup environment
  and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (
  MBA is a plus, not required
  )
