Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Personal Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting senior management with administrative tasks, managing schedules and appointments, maintaining records, coordinating internal and external communications, and assisting in organizing meetings and events. The role involves playing a key part in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the workplace and requires strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior-level managers effectively.
  • ONLY Male Candidate preffered
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and other external contacts.
  • Diary Management and organizational skills to schedule appointments, meetings, and other key activities.
  • Clerical Skills for document management, recordkeeping, and other office administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
