Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Assistant to the Director and Office Manager at our Dubai office. The individual will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling executive and administrative tasks, and supporting clerical and general office management duties. The role will also involve liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage office operations efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in architecture or design-related environments is advantageous
