Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for the IP Portfolio Officer position. In this role, the IP Portfolio Officer will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office records pertaining to intellectual property cases, providing customer service to clients, processing and finalizing IP instructions, meeting clients, managing clients' IP portfolio and supporting communication needs. Key duties include assisting in documentation processes, organizing files, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient office operations and the processing of clients' instructions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for task management and record-keeping
  • Basic Accounting skills for handling invoices and financial records
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in intellectual property or legal services is an advantage
  • Strong IP knowledge is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
