Social Media Content Creator
capable of producing sophisticated, high-impact content that resonates with discerning audiences and strengthens our position in the luxury market.

Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

You will shape the daily creative narrative of The Luxury Portfolio across multiple platforms, ensuring that every piece of content reflects our brand values: excellence, precision, trust and aspiration.

Your content will not only enhance visual appeal, but also drive performance, engagement and conversion supporting both brand-building and commercial growth.

Key responsibilitie

  • Produce, shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos tailored to real estate.
  • Create, curate and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional digital channels.
  • Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts and campaign messages.
  • Lead and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives and audience behavior.
  • Monitor analytics, identify insights and optimize content for engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain a refined, luxury-aligned aesthetic in all visuals and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and performance-driven output.
  • Utilize CRM systems for content organization and lead tracking.
  • Implement AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation efficiency.
  • Stay informed on luxury lifestyle trends, digital media evolution and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong writing, scripting, and creative storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing (short-form essential).
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer psychology.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of luxury design aesthetics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience in Real Estate Marketing is a must
  • AI-literate and eager to experiment with new creative tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
