Bright Doors Visa Services is looking for a confident, energetic, and highly motivated Immigration Consultant with experience in Sales & Marketing or immigration consultation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to convert leads into successful clients. If you excel in customer interaction and closing deals, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote immigration and work permit services.
  • Convert inquiries into clients through effective sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate information on immigration programs, requirements, and processes.
  • Follow up with leads daily and maintain proper records in CRM.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
  • Assist walk-in clients with consultations and service explanations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when dealing with clients.
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Markering or direct sales in the UAE.
  • Strong communication skills in English + Hindi/Urdu/Punjaabi.
  • Prior immigration or visa sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a client-friendly personality.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
