Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant with strong sales and client-handling skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration and visa application process while achieving monthly sales targets through effective consultation and client conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultation to clients regarding immigration, work permits, and study abroad options.
  • Assess clients' eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programs based on their profiles.
  • Handle inbound inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media leads) and convert them into active clients.
  • Prepare and review client documentation for accuracy before submission.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa regulations, and global migration trends.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (documentation, processing, compliance) to ensure smooth client processing.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports of leads and conversions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in immigration consultancy or recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Europe, Canada, or UK visa categories (work, study, or PR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; additional languages an advantage).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Bachelor's Degree
