Role Overview

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will guide clients through property purchases, sales, and investments while representing the company with professionalism and market knowledge. You will build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and help clients make informed decisions in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property options, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a strong pipeline through networking and marketing.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and close transactions.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage a structured sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in real estate sales or a strong passion for the industry.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and client‑focused approach.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
