About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client‑focused Real Estate Client Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the full property sales process. This role requires a motivated professional who can deliver exceptional service while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships from initial inquiry to deal closure.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and detailed consultations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and match them with suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales in line with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
  • Professional appearance and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
