• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets

• Prepare rental agreements, quotations, and invoices
Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental selection

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, rental policies, and charges

• Coordinate pick-up and drop-off arrangements

• Ensure customers receive a smooth and positive rental experience from start to finish

• Maintain accurate customer records and booking logs

• Communicate with the fleet team for vehicle availability and readiness

• Assist with basic office administrative tasks when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year experience in car rental or sales/customer service field

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)

• Good knowledge of cars and rental procedures (preferred)

• Ability to handle pressure & multitask

• Professional attitude and customer-first mindset

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
