Soule Soups is a fast-growing fresh soup and bone broth producer in Dubai. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven 
Food Safety & Operations Coordinator
 to support our kitchen operations, hygiene systems, procurement, and driver logistics.

This is the ideal role for someone who has experience in food safety documentation, HACCP systems, and wants to grow with a small but fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

Food Safety & Hygiene (Primary Focus)

  • Maintain daily HACCP records and hygiene documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality Food Safety requirements
  • Update and manage supplier certificates, Halal documents, and traceability files
  • Support internal audits and inspection readiness
  • Train staff on hygiene SOPs and daily compliance

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Create purchase orders and track deliveries
  • Maintain approved supplier lists and updated certifications
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production for weekly requirements
  • Work with Admin/Accounts to ensure PO/GRN accuracy

Logistics & Driver Coordination

  • Plan daily delivery routes and schedules
  • Track and record vehicle maintenance, temperature logs, and delivery notes
  • Ensure smooth communication between production and delivery team

Kitchen Operations Admin

  • Maintain batch sheets, production logs, and checklists
  • Support day-to-day operation documentation
  • Organize filing (digital + physical) for compliance and audits

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a central kitchen, cloud kitchen, or food production facility
  • Knowledge of 
    HACCP Level 2 or 3
     (required)
  • PIC Certification
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Can work independently and implement structure
  • Good English communication
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
