As a
Finance Manager
, you will manage financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across entities while leading and developing the finance team.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred or in progress.
  • 6–10 years of finance and accounting experience in multi-entity or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional tax/regulatory frameworks (UAE, Bahrain, Oman).
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and ERP/financial systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

1. Financial Operations & Control

  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closings to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Uphold robust internal controls and compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.

2. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and internal reporting standards.
  • Support the CFO in group consolidation, performance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and periodic forecasting across multiple business units.
  • Track budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop accurate financial plans and operating budgets.

4. Regulatory & Tax Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory filings to CBB, CBUAE, and other authorities.
  • Manage VAT and corporate tax compliance in coordination with external tax consultants.
  • Stay updated on and ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.

5. Financial Systems & Process Optimization

  • Support implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP and financial systems.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance department.

6. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and maintain effective banking relationships.
  • Support treasury operations, including fund transfers, payments, and liquidity management.

7. Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to ensure accuracy and timely task completion.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the finance team.
