Administrative Tasks:
- Manage daily office operations and workflow.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (physical & digital).
- Prepare letters, reports, and internal documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies and petty cash records.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients.
Office Assistance:
- Support staff with clerical tasks and documentation.
- Assist in organizing office events and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and maintain office cleanliness.
Accounts Support (if applicable):
- Assist with invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain basic financial records and petty cash.
- Support month-end reporting and vendor payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
