  • Prepare letters, reports, and internal documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and petty cash records.
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients.

Office Assistance:

  • Support staff with clerical tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing office events and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and maintain office cleanliness.

Accounts Support (if applicable):

  • Assist with invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain basic financial records and petty cash.
  • Support month-end reporting and vendor payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
